  • Preparing the documents that will transfer the land from seller to buyer.

  • Attend the settlement, making final checks of documents prior to handing over the proceeds, Transfer of Land and or Certificate of Title.
  • Follow up after settlement with Landgate (Department of Land and Information) to ensure the property has been correctly transferred into the new buyers’ name and notify the Rating Authorities of the buyers’ details.
